Second Medical Opinion on Infectious Diseases (Infectious Diseases).
- The medical second opinion service on infectious diseases offered on our website is of an auxiliary nature in diagnosis and treatment.
- The doctor specializing in infectious diseases will evaluate the clinical data, exams and reports sent by the patient, being able to suggest specific treatments, but always remembering that medication prescriptions or exam requests must be made by the patient's attending physician.
- If the patient withdraws from the service before submitting their clinical information, the refund will be full. If clinical information and exams have already been sent, the analysis service will already be in progress, therefore a full refund is not possible. In this case, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
- After carrying out the evaluation teleconsultation, the report will be prepared and there will be no right to any refund, even if the patient chooses not to carry out the return teleconsultation.
- The deadline for scheduling the initial assessment teleconsultation is 3 business days after sending the clinical data. The deadline for sending the final report and scheduling the return teleconsultation is 3 business days after the initial teleconsultation.
